Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

Dear customer, Thank you for the feedback, I understand it's frustrating when a purchased product doesn't fit or seem to work correctly. We have a team of experts here in store who can help you find either a better fitting or functioning product, or advise on how to get a better result from these Lucien products. I've emailed you directly to try to find a solution, and of course, you are welcome to return the ligature and cap for a refund. Kind regards, Matt Sanders
