I'm happy to hear that you're enjoying the cornet overall however I'd like to apologise that the quality control on the mouthpiece was lacking in this instance. I'd like to refund the cost of the cleaning kit for you as we definitely should have ensured the mouthpiece left us in just as good condition as the instrument, please could you provide me with the order details so that I can get this sorted for you? I appreciate your reply but I think it was just an honest mistake - I wouldn't expect any refund and the cleaning kit for me is part of maintaining the instrument so it's really no big deal. Thanks for good faith offer though ❤️ I should hope that others see this review and at least see how well you guys responded! Thanks!
