It is our best selling swab and has been for over 15 years so we’re disappointed to hear that the quality is not of sufficient quality. I’ve raised this as an issue with our purchasing department, mainly to check if there has been a change in production material/quality that we’ve not been made aware of. Many thanks for your recent order. I've asked our webmaster to check into this to ensure it's not causing issues for people, we haven't had any other similar instances reported though. From what I can see on our internal sales system the details are all in the correct place and the despatch note prints with the details laid out correctly so it appears to have been a one-off glitch in the order.
