We have refunded the VAT on 16/10/14 - we sent you an email with confirmation of this but have not received a reply from you, can you please acknowledge receipt of this mail? We will send another email with the confirmation of this today, we would suggest checking with your bank as the refund was made 8 days ago from our SagePay account. With regards the missing product; the items were out of stock when you ordered and this would have been shown at your basket, during checkout, on the email confirmation and we also write this on your invoice that you receive with your goods. These items will follow on as soon as we have stock from the distributor. Thank you for your message, I have traced your order and can confirm that it was despatched to you early last week (the 13th October). International deliveries do tend to take a little longer and I would expect your order to arrive this week.
