Charged £282 but door not totally fixed

Door wasn’t totally fixed. Paid £282 for repair but door not properly closing and I still have to shave part of the doorframe. Not over happy with this.

The garage door wasn’t fully repaired- Dawes Doors should do the right thing and return to complete the work already paid for without further charge. I’d have preferred it if Dawes Doors had offered this immediately instead of offering 3 choices that didn’t include the company coming back to sort it.

Responded quickly. Came to see us when requested. Discovered you were not able to assist as you do not operate this system . Did not charge for the visit as you were unable to help.
