From the first phone call to collection of finished article all the employees were the kindest and most helpful that I have dealt with in a very long time. As to the splashback for the hand basin it...
The service itself was good, they managed to cut the mirrors in the time scale they said they would. The communication did lack some however.

The mirrored acrylic is a flexible material that does require careful application onto a completely flat surface (we recommend applying to MDF prior to attaching to the wall) with a very thin layer of adhesive. This is stated on our purchase page, as well as our checkout page, to try to highlight to customers that the acrylic is not a finished product.
Our acrylic is cut on a saw, and occasionally this can cause marks on the acrylic.These marks should have been picked up during our quality checks prior to dispatch. We will make sure that we update our processes to try to ensure pieces are not sent out if they are not perfect. We would have been happy to replace the pieces that were damaged if you had sent us some images showing the marks.
I hope that you might consider us in the future for your plastic needs.
