I am extremely sorry to hear that you have not been happy with the sleeve lengths we provide for our shirts.
With respect to our formal shirts, we provide a range of the most popular sleeve lengths for that particular collar. We do hope that most customers are able to purchase their shirts with their desired sleeve length from this range. If this is not the case, then we do provide our sleeve shortening service. We do feel that the price to do this is very competitive with other companies.
From looking at your order, I can see that you have ordered a 37" sleeve length, which is generally a length for customers with longer arms. We do also offer standard lengths of 33 and 35 inches for you collar size. If these lengths are not available, we will of course shorten the sleeve from 37" to either these two lengths, free of charge.
