I don't shop here for myself, so it's a shame that my Canadian friends seem to like your shirts and always ask me to get them. This is not a one off experience and even when I have visitors for abroad, they are not impressed by the service. I ask then why they keep giving their money to you..
I must say that the man who eventually acknowledged and served me was very good and helped me to find exactly what I wanted . He took care of me from start to finish, but it obviously doesn't make up for the times when I've walked into your store and walked out again.
In short, I'm a man of colour, and only non-white people seem to see and acknowledge my presence. Maybe I need to wear brighter colours or something.
Unfortunately I'll probably get more requests and have to make a return visit at some point. But it is what it is, and I've been on the planet long enough to recognise that.
