Deliveries always as promised and generally reliable. Had a problem with one part of my order not being delivered. Was able to speak to a human on the phone and immediately refunded.

Easy sign up and management all online. Royal mail delivery often seems a little slow but happy to compromise on that to keep the subscription price point where it is.
