Fee and long phone wait
I had to change my travel plans because of corona virus, cover more was great about letting me change the date but changed me a $5 fee and a 90 min wait to speak to someone

I’d give them zero stars if there was an option for it. I had to cancel my trip because of Covid-19. You’d think if you had purchased their extra cancellation cover then you’d be covered for flight...

Not happy this time
We always use Covermore and have never claimed. Disappointed I don’t even have a response to my query about a premium refund for a trip not taken. I know it’s difficult times but very slow.
