No cover for an accident in Europe. Treatment was only in Australia.

Please be advised that according to the Australian Health Insurance Act 1973, medical expenses incurred within Australia by an Australian resident or an eligible overseas representative are not covered by your travel insurance policy. It is illegal for us to provide cover under such circumstances.
