Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

To hopefully provide you with some reassurance, last year we settled over 95% of all claims reported into us and even won the Best Insurer Award at the 2023 Modern Claims Awards for our response to client claims. Whilst we hope you won't ever need to make a claim against your policy, we always remain on hand to support and assist should something happen in the future. Following settlement of a claim, you will also be offered another chance to leave us a review. Happy flying!
