Hi Bernard, Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. You were required to have the CDW with the rental company, as per the terms of our policy. When you reject this cover, you agree to be responsible for all damage. Our policy protects you from paying the excess, not the full cost of damage if CDW is declined, whether the damage is for tyres, or any part of the vehicle. Kind regards, Charli.
