You replied to us on the Friday end of day and it was a bank holiday weekend in the UK which means we were not open until the Tuesday. Yes, in the mean time it is Thursday, I still haven't received anything back from you. Still waiting for my confirmation of cancellation. People buy policies and sometimes need their immediate cancellation , as you say you can do in your website.

Parking close to terminal
Having parking only a few metres walk to the terminal which was important to us. It was easy to book at a reasonable price.
