Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the automatic renewal.
You agree to our offering of automatic renewal at the point of purchase. We send a renewal invitation in good time before the renewal date to the email address we hold on file, this confirms that we will automatically renew the policy and that we attempt the payment 7 days in advance.
I can see that the policy has since been cancelled, and the premium refunded.
