Thank you for such a detailed and constructive review. We are pleased to learn that you found the tour fun overall, that the hotels were largely of a good standard, and that the Local Guide in Kyoto made such a strong impression. We appreciate your recommendation despite the points you raised. We are sorry that your Travel Director's knowledge of the history and religious background of the sites did not always meet your expectations, and that communication through a translator made it difficult to ask questions of the second Local Guide. We also regret that the room with the worn decor and damaged luggage stand fell below the standard of the other hotels, although we are pleased that the stand was replaced promptly. Your observations on the pace at which the group was led, the limited sense of group cohesion and the lack of a feedback survey are valuable, as is your suggestion of an orientation drive around Tokyo early in the stay and additional time with a Local Guide. We will share all of these points with our Product Development and Operations Department for consideration, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in future.
