Costsaver Omdömen

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a considered and detailed account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found your Travel Director and Coach Driver excellent, and that the historical insight and extra effort provided made the journey so memorable for the group. We are sorry that you found the local guided tours disappointing. We regret that some commentary was difficult to follow because of the speed of delivery and the accents involved, that the pace left little opportunity to absorb the atmosphere of each city, and that the absence of a visible flag or sign made it hard to keep track of your Travel Director. Your suggestions are practical ones, and we shall share them with our Operations Department so that the guidance given to local specialists may be reviewed carefully. We also appreciate your comments regarding the number of Optional Excursions and the cumulative cost of attending them all, as well as the guidance given on gratuities and your preference for these to be included in the tour price. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your tour. We are sorry to learn that your experience fell so far short of your expectations, and we regret that you feel the tour did not reflect the standard or value you had anticipated when you booked. We regret that some of the planned visits were missed owing to closures, and that you found several of the hotels to be of a poor standard, with limited facilities and few options for meals on arrival or before departure. We are also sorry that you were left to find your own food on a number of occasions, and that you felt your Travel Director and Coach Driver did not offer the local knowledge, guidance and professionalism you had a right to expect. We are pleased, at least, that a couple of the Local Specialists engaged you with their presentations. Your remarks regarding the way in which the tours are described and marketed are likewise noted, and we shall share your observations with our Operations Department so that hotel standards, the planning of stops and the information given to guests may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such warm and enthusiastic feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour so well planned, and that the hotels and the Optional Excursions met with such approval throughout your journey. We are also pleased that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a strong impression, and that their friendliness, care and patience contributed to such a close and happy group. It is touching to hear that parting company at the end of the tour was a source of regret, as this is often the surest sign of a journey well shared. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a warm, thoughtful account of your month-long journey. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you had such an enjoyable experience as a solo traveller, and that your Travel Director's local knowledge, enthusiasm and care for everyone on the coach made the trip so exceptional. Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed, candid account of your tour. We are sorry to learn that, having travelled with us on several previous occasions, you found this itinerary disappointing by comparison, and we appreciate your frank comparison with your earlier experiences. We regret that the pace felt so relentless, and that the Optional Excursions seemed expensive, leaving you with a long period of unstructured time in the city if you chose not to join them. We also appreciate how stressful the absence of airport transfers can be for guests who are tired after a long flight, and we recognise that the lack of walking tours with Local Guides diminished the experience for you. It is disappointing that some of the hotels were so remote, making meals difficult to find, and that the included first dinner did not meet your expectations. Your remarks about the Travel Director's commentary, and about the limited time available to become acquainted with fellow guests, are also well taken. We are pleased, nonetheless, that you enjoyed the weather and the sights of the cities you visited. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the pace of the tour, the value of the optional experiences and the choice of hotels may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.
