We are pleased to hear that you regarded this as the trip of a lifetime, and that you found it good value, with so many iconic moments and locations and such knowledgeable people at the helm. It is also encouraging to know that the hotels, coach and the on-the-road team were so helpful, and that your dietary requirements were met at every location. We also appreciate your candour regarding the fast pace of the itinerary and the amount of walking involved, and we are delighted that it left you with so many memories. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a candid and good-humoured account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the coach so comfortable, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director were both so good. We are also pleased that your Travel Director's informative and entertaining commentary, together with his willingness to help with your independent plans, made such a positive impression. We are encouraged that you found the hotels and their staff good and the breakfasts adequate. We are sorry that obtaining extra pillows proved somewhat difficult, and we appreciate that this mattered a great deal given your husband's need to sleep upright. We are also sorry that the included dinners did not entirely meet your expectations, and that the second in particular lacked coherence, leaving you wishing that you had dined in town. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the support offered to guests with particular needs and the quality of the included meals may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your feedback, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a candid account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you enjoyed Morocco so much, that you found your Travel Director very good, and that the coach and your Coach Driver were both excellent. We are also pleased that the hotels proved better than the online reviews had led you to expect. We are sorry that the Local Guide in Fes did not meet your expectations, and that his commentary was limited, his attention was frequently elsewhere, and your questions went unanswered, leaving little opportunity to visit the local market shops. We also appreciate your comments regarding the limited dining options, the poor breakfast in Fes, the sequence of long driving days, and your wish for clearer information on timings, particularly driving times. Each of these is a fair observation, and we shall share them with our Operations Department so that local guiding standards, hotel dining and the information provided to guests may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the tour excellent, and that the journey from Nashville to New Orleans offered so many places to visit and such a wealth of experiences along the way. We are also pleased that your Travel Director's knowledge made such a strong impression. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to the colleague concerned, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thorough and thoughtful account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you enjoyed the journey and plan to travel with us again, and that your Travel Director and Coach Driver were so excellent. We are particularly pleased that his orientation tours, his judicious commentary, his help in resolving problems and his accurate estimates of arrival times made the whole trip run so smoothly. We are also encouraged that you found the hotel service excellent, the rooms very clean and the breakfasts generally very good, and that the Local Guide in Arles made such a strong impression. We are sorry that the Local Guide in Bordeaux did not meet your expectations, and that the tour was closer to an orientation walk than the experience described. Your remarks about the assumptions made regarding the nationality of the group are well taken. We also regret that the B&B hotel lacked amenities and that breakfast ran out at the hotel in Lourdes. We appreciate your candid observations on the brisk pace of the itinerary, the practicalities of packing for single-night stays, and your preference for fewer included dinners in favour of time to explore independently. We shall share these comments with our Operations Department so that the guiding, the description of the tours and the balance of the schedule may be reviewed carefully. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We are also pleased that the history commentary on the coach added so much interest, that you found the food great and the hotels good, and that the brisk pace allowed you to see so much and learn a great deal. We appreciate your remark about the minor issue at one hotel, and we are encouraged that it was resolved immediately. It is particularly gratifying that your wife chose to travel with us for a second time, and we are grateful for your recommendation. We shall be sure to pass on your kind words to the Operations Department, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you both again in the future.
