We do make every effort to ensure our pricing is transparent. VAT is clearly displayed on our product pages, in the shopping basket and throughout the checkout process. Additionally, the basket page prominently displays the Grand Total Including VAT before you proceed to checkout. Regarding your previous emails, we have checked our records but unfortunately cannot find any correspondence from you. Could you please confirm that your emails were sent to the correct address? Our customer service email is info@cooksmill.co.uk. If you have refused delivery of your parcel, it will be returned to us by the courier. Once we have received the goods back, we will arrange a refund, less the original delivery charge.
