Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

Booked the walk at short notice, but this didn't 'phase' the Team. When I became unwell, they worked hard to sort out the finer detail of revising the schedule.

That's horribly unlucky timing with the illness; we're sorry you didn't get to enjoy the Link Path, but at least Glyndwr's Way proved well worth the walk! We concur that it's one of the quieter National Trails (the Yorkshire Wolds Way is the other lovely but underwalked one, if anyone is curious) which leads to a real feeling of remoteness out there. Thank you for writing a review.
