To clarify, our hotels are booked through third-party providers who allocate a limited number of rooms for our tours. At the time of your reservation, pre-night accommodation was not available within our allocation, so we had to submit a request directly to the hotel. Regrettably, these requests are not guaranteed and may be declined, even if availability appears on public booking platforms, due to separate booking conditions.
