I am sorry to hear that the actual content of the magazine was not quite to your liking or your expectations and that you have not been able to fully enjoy the issues. It would be nice if the subscriptions website would do more such as allow us to cancel a subscription and get a refund. Otherwise the process of subscribing is excellent and painless.
