They took a double payment and insured my boat twice. emails to their linked contact us page were returned. Two days now no refund, still two polices for the same boat. Not impressed.

Thank you very much for leaving us your feedback. I am really sorry to hear about the issue you had when purchasing boat insurance with us. I completely sympathise with your frustration, and can only apologise for the error.

I have spoken to the Leisure Departments Team Leader, who has informed me that you have spoken with my colleague Sharon. I understand she has cancelled the duplicate policy, and a refund should be in your account within the next 3-5 working days, depending on the card issuer.

Your documents have also been sent out to you in the post, and should be with you shortly.

Once again I would like to apologise for this error, and any inconvenience it may have caused you. If there is anything further we can do to help, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us.
