Thank you for leaving feedback and sorry you feel this way. I have spoken with the Operations Manager and he has pointed out that the issue is that this is a narrowboat policy and the contents is very restrictive so it will not cover valuable personal items. This is something that can be sorted upon referral if you were able to supply a list of items that would need to be covered. We would then be able to send this over to the insurers for acceptance. However, unfortunately this is not a quick process as we would have to wait for the insurers to get back to us with terms before passing it on to you.
