Very good customer service

I had originally booked to go to gran canaria as aer lingus cancelled the flight I was able to book a different holiday with click and go. Thomas and donatella were very helpful

Efficient and courteous

It was a long process staff couldn’t find the holiday I found and I had to ring back a number of times eventually the price had gone up by €110 bringing the overall price up from €1480 to €1730...
