Sorry to hear you felt it took to long for the glasses to arrive. There seems to be some confusion in this matter it seems. you ordered your Ray Ban sunglasses on the 21st April. When you placed your order it would have said - Order now for estimated delivery by 4 May 2015 on the product page right next to the add to shopping bag button. Once in the shopping bag it says the same thing in bright blue writing so the customer is aware that delivery will take longer than the standard 1-5 days. We try to make this clear as possible and display delivery dates on every page and at every stage that we can. Unfortunately on this instance it seems we were not clear enough. You received your order on the 2nd May which is actually two days earlier than we estimated! Aviator sunglasses are designed to be quite thin in material so they fold up neatly to fit in a pocket. I wouldn't describe them as flimsy though. If you feel they are below your expectation please contact one of the customer services team via the website and they will be happy to help and explain all your options. Best regards, ChrisElli Team
