We assess your eligibility for cover over the phone and do not have access to your medical records to assist in the risk assessment process, and so some of the thresholds for what can be covered and under what terms may be lower than other traditional Insurance policies available on the market. The decision whether to provide cover and on what terms takes into account the additional risk factors your answers to the underwriting health and lifestyle questions presents which is based on statistical evidence.
