Dear Customer,

We are very sorry to hear you are disappointed with your experience with Chemist.net. I've looked into it, and it appears your order was delivered on the 2nd of February after being placed on the 26th of January just after our afternoon Friday cut-off time of 12pm. This means it would not have been able to be processed until the following Monday.

Your order was then dispatched on the Tuesday due to stock levels, as in accordance with the information on the product page, and then delivered within 2 to 3 working days as per our delivery times on our website http://www.chemist.net/deliveryinfo.php . Delivery was actually first attempted on the 31st of January, but was unsuccessful due to nobody being in at the time. A calling card was left. Delivery was then reattempted twice, with the final attempt being successful on the 2nd of February. 

We always aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible, and apologise for any delay. We do not however have office staff that work on weekends, and are restricted by order submission times to our suppliers.

Hi Graeme,

I'm sorry but we do not currently sell Zubes on our website, and after checking your order, there were definitely no Zubes purchased. I'm afraid you may have us  confused with a different company.

My sincerest apologies. It appears that Sagepay did take money for the Zubes, but due to a glitch somewhere, they were not on your order showing on our system. I believe it may be because they were discontinued, removed from our site, and then it has somehow affected the way it shows on your order.

I am very, very sorry about this. A full refund for the Zubes has been issued.
