When unable to buy ticket directly from the website due to payment option complications, we turned to cheaptickets.com, and were able to buy the ticket at the same time, same price, immediately.
While the site wasn't bad to navigate and things were pretty clear, it wasn't great.
On all prices I found, when I selected to purchase them they bumped up by almost 100. This bait and switch...
IT's an OK website. However, using their promo codes can be confounding. Very few places accept them. I even got rejected by a hotel that was marked "promo code eligible" this time around.
Easiest site to use, prices consistently competitive. Usually don't bother to look elsewhere unless the prices are "jaw-dropping" or the flight times/non-stops are not available.

Easy to navigate, and good flight selection to choose from.
There is such a gap between good and excellent, I wish I could choose very good. Nothing is perfect and when I can't find the exact times I want to fly or the price of the ticket is alittle high,...
