Fabulous!
May be cheap taxis by name but nothing cheap about their service. Communication from Paul was fast and efficient and the taxi driver was professional and punctual. Highly recommend!!

The taxi company they booked for us were great, but I did not like the fact that I had to pay £10 for booking with Cheap-Taxis on top of the taxi fee. This was not clear at all at the time of booking.

Hi many thanks for the kind review, we are glad you enjoyed the service - May we point out that on every page showing the euro rates payable to the driver it does explain above EVERY rate that £10.00 secures the booking and you pay the online rate below to the driver - if you click the box it does go further to explain the booking procedure, also on the payment tab before you pay the £10.00 it shows again what the rates to the driver will be, so we are a little confused how you missed all these points - all our online rates are discounted, the £10.00 secures any booking single or return, hope this clears this issue for you

I do not feel your website makes it clear enough - the £10 secure fee is actually your payment to simply see an electronic booking coming in (which costs nothing) and then make a phone call or email booking to a local taxi company. Obviously I should have booked the 98 euros return fee from Girona airport to Lloret de Mar directly with Jescalbus.com so I didn't have to pay an additional £10. More fool me! You are right, there is text saying £10 payable plus 98 euros to the taxi driver, but weirdly, because you have tried to highlight this message using a black box background, and you have put it next to the heading and not below where the actual information the reader's eye is being drawn to to select what car they want etc is, I missed it. Yes it's my fault. I searched your website and your t's & c's before I booked it and also called (no answer) to find out whether the £10 payable now would be deducted from the 98 euros, but could not find that information. I asked the driver on arrival but he said 98 euros was payable so I paid it. I just think it's misleading that's all, because I priced up various transfers and yours was the cheapest at 98 euros but then looking at the total at the end you added another £10 secure fee which actually made it either the same price as other companies or more. Never mind. Thanks for your feedback and sorry I missed it, but perhaps you could take a minute to think about what I've said above and consider reviewing where and how you phrase things. Thanks

Professional friendly service
The polite helpful driver was waiting in exactly where we were told at the correct time. We were then transferred to our resort in a clean comfortable vehicle and were at our accommodation quickly.
