Good morning Denise, nice to hear from you and thanks for the review for your Faro transfer. We do try to get vouchers out as quickly as possible as we like to check every detail of the transfer details added by our clients when they book and on very busy days this can sometimes take some time as we like to personally check them not automate them :) Let me know next time when you book for your mum and I will make sure its out asap
