I have orders that have been stuck in the postal system for over two weeks. I reached out to the customer service department at Chapeau and have had no response.

Hi, I have double checked our end again and can not see any emails from you? Please email info@chapeau.cc or reply to my email to you of 3 days ago. I appreciate your frustration at the shipping delays - we are equally frustrated you are having a bad experience for aspects that we can not directly influence ourselves. We will, as always, try to make sure you end up either with your goods or with a full refund. Thanks

Hi, we have emailed you regarding this, please reply if you want to discuss further. Of course, we understand the frustration at shipping delays, we are frustrated as well given they are out of our control. As stated elsewhere if items are completely lost in the postal system , we re-dispatch or issue a full refund. Thanks for your patience.
