You'll find that your personalised message was printed on the dispatch sheet, which was included with your parcel. We make it clear at checkout when you leave your message that this is how it will be presented (see below). We also include a card with every order in case you decide to hand write something. The earrings and charms are made entirely of 925 sterling silver and 23k gold plate, and we feel that the price tag reflects the premium materials we use and the craftsmanship and design that has gone into the piece.
