CHAIR WAS NOT PACKED WELL ENOUGH. NO PADDING AROUND CHAIR AND BOX TOO BIG SOTHAT CHAIR HAD MOVED ABOUT IN THE BOX.BOX SO BIG THAT IT WOULD NOT GO THROUGH THE DOOR AND HAD TO BE UNPACKED IN THE STREET.

Thank you for this review. I have passed this onto our packaging department to look at this as I feel that this may have been repackaged via the third party prior to delivery as this is not how we dispatch the chairs. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your review, The delivery charge is free for orders over £500.00 for UK mainland as indicated on the website however delivery to Ireland on this product is charged at £10.00 per item as this is a charge from the couriers. The screw is small as the correct one was used elsewhere o the chair but we will post one to you as discussed.I am pleased though that you are happy with the product. Jamie Welch

They could have been more helpful and it took ages to actually receive th filing cabinet. But it was good value for money.
