All of our jewellery has a warranty against manufacturing faults which we always meet, sometimes even beyond what the manufacturer would cover. Unfortunately your bangle was broken and bent in several places, not just in half. The manufacturer wouldn't give me a replacement as they also don't cover for wear damage or accidents. Whenever we can, we will fix items at our own cost but in this case unfortunately, the bangle was damaged beyond repair.

The quality of the bangle was so poor that once it had snapped it was prone to further damage because it began to disintegrate. Chains of Gold asked me to send it the bangle for inspection and it was returned to me in a worse condition, as it was by then in several pieces. It is quite shameful that this company still wants to dispute the fact that gold jewellery should not fall to pieces after very little wear. I would not recommend Chains of Gold's goods or services - it is very good at taking customers' money, but that's about it.
