Vem kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme?

Bara kunder med inköpsbevis kan lämna ett Feefo-omdöme. Vi säkerställer detta genom att kontakta köparna direkt efter transaktionen.

Hur verifierar vi omdömen?

Vi kontrollerar att omdömena kommer från verkliga kunder genom att matcha dem med en försäljning eller transaktion. Kunderna erbjuds att lämna ett omdöme bara när de har köpt något från företaget.

CESA were good, the reason for not giving 5* was the language school getting the flight arrival all wrong.

We're really pleased you enjoyed your French course in Nice. So sorry about the error re the arrival transfer, the school staff investigated the matter as soon as they realised what had happened and put new systems in place. We haven't had this issue with the Nice staff before (over many years), and will do everything we can to ensure it doesn't happen in the future.

Very worth the small fee

I would reccomend CESA's help finding and securing language programs abroad and accommodation. They were extremely personable, always answered the phone, and communicated answers to my 100+ questions...
