I'm sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with Car Finance 247. We take all negative feedback seriously and take swift action where necessary.
Your issue seems to be with the fee charged to send funds to the dealer the same day. If this is the case we are simply passing on the charge that we get issued with by the supplying lender. Usually payments take 3 working days by BACS (once the deal has funded) to reach the dealers bank account. If you wanted the funds the same day then there would have been a charge.
I hope i have clarified the situation, apologies agian if there was any mis-communication and thank you for using our service.
