Easy to use

Very helpful and speedy, I think if the staff offered 'what happens next' instead of me needing to ask that would have helped. This is the first time i've used them so was unsure of the procedure.

A very thorough and highly communicative service specifically from Kerry Howard made the process very easy & stressfree.
