Thanks for your feedback. I've looked at our systems and your comments are fair. We normally can work to 15 -20 business days from receipt of documents to obtaining a mortgage offer and can see that in your case, this has over-run, due to delays with the lender and their case volumes. Not great and we will raise this with the lender, given this was nearly 8 weeks and is not to the standard we pride ourselves upon.
