Regarding your order, it was placed as a backorder and, as soon as it was dispatched from our warehouse, it was delivered to you within the 24-hour timeframe we aim for – which we consider a positive turnaround.
We understand that a discount was requested, but the item in question was already being offered at a very competitive price. While we do run promotions from time to time, we are unable to discount every product on request, especially those already priced exceptionally well.
We are genuinely sorry that you feel let down, particularly as your family has supported our brand over time – something we truly value.
