Hur samlas Feefo-omdömen in?

It is disappointing to read that not all aspects of your break were to your full satisfaction and enjoyment, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Please could you kindly email us at customerservices@caledonian.com with your feedback, quoting your holiday booking reference number, if possible please, and one of the team will come back to you. Thank you

Very good customer service and friendly

The gentleman in the middlesbrough store was very knowledgeable and had visited the hotel we chose . He also told us some activities we could do whilst visiting Torquay.
