Thanks for your feedback. We have worked through the issue with our HD videos being too large for some of the slower internet connections to play, which we published on our newsletter and Facebook page (for ease you can now right click on the video and select a lower resolution, which will allow for smoother streaming with slower connections). Paul does two in every three tutorials so every third week we bring in a special guest and our guests are the top designers from throughout the world, which hopefully adds to the variety.
From members feedback we recently added our auto-play function, allowing videos to continuously play and on the development list is bookmarking and the ability to add notes.
Another key issue many people had was a lack of time to view the whole course so at the start of the year we introduced our highlights lesson, which allows the more experienced designers to watch a condensed version of the course in just 10-15 mins where we cover all the key skills and new techniques.

There was an issue with the email group in which your request went out, but you are on the Premium membership and have the full access. This is all about opinion, but for me its somewhat harsh to be scored double negative on the Free product when you´re on the Premium package, but I accept its our issue for your particular request ending up in the wrong group.
I love the instructional level and the easy explanations I receive from Paul every time that I'm baking something new and I don't know how to do it or I forgot how to do it
