This tutorial was very clear with their instruction on the royal icing video and very precise.

I've added a clear note 'Before You Start' to make sure that its clear that the baubles are glass and would need to be sourced locally which should help future viewers.

Thank you so much for taking the time to send in your feedback :-)
We're delighted you like the site. We are always looking for little improvements to help the user experience so if there's anything at all that you feel we could do better then please get in touch.
I used the online tutorial service. Access was straight forward and the tutorial easy to follow. I particularly liked the relaxed approach and made me feel that I could accomplish the cake design.

That's great to hear as it's always our aim to try and get the feeling over that you're in the kitchen with the tutor.

That's brilliant. It's a big thumbs up from Paul. Great work :-)
We are working on improving the video features which will allow skipping and pausing and also to start where you left off so hopefully they won't be too far away. Thank you for the lovely feedback :-)
