We are sorry to hear that your goods didn't arrive. Our records show that the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, 14th December, on express 24 hour delivery, however the couriers were unable to provide any tracking information so we assumed that this was lost. I see that a replacement has been delivered to you since, and we did refund the delivery charge in full by way of apology. We trust that you are pleased with the goods, any issues please do let us know.

I was a hasty to put a bad review about CliffordJames I didn’t really give them chance to resolve my issue. As soon as I contacted CliffordJames they apologised and sent a another pairs of shoes out really quickly and even reimbursed the delivery costs not all companies do that I know have nothing but praise for how they resolved my issue and will definitely order from them again in the future
