Thank you for your patience. As we’ve been in touch, the delivery address on your order was missing the house number, so unfortunately the parcel is being returned to us. Once it arrives back, we’ll have all the correct details to reship it straight away. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a parcel—especially a gift—is delayed. Please know that the delivery company can only deliver to accurate addresses to help prevent parcels being lost or stolen. We’re doing everything we can to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible and really appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Claire & The Bumbles & Boo Team

Our team are always on hand to help with any issues like this, but we haven’t received any direct correspondence from you regarding the problem. We’ll be reaching out to you shortly so we can look into this and make it right. Please accept our apologies if this was missed at the time of packing – we do check all products carefully before sending, and we’re sorry this didn’t meet the standard we aim for. Good morning, We wanted to reach out after seeing your review on Feefo regarding the damaged hamper and the pull in the dressing gown. We’re really sorry to hear this. As a small independent business, we pride ourselves on both quality and customer service, and we would have been more than happy to resolve this for you had you reached out directly. It’s possible the hamper was damaged in transit, especially with the high volume of parcels being sent around this time. Please rest assured that we would never have dispatched a damaged hamper. We’d love to make this right for you promptly and can resend a new basket and dressing gown straight away. We’ll get this sent out today so you can receive it as soon as possible.
