I found BSO online and their prices were very competitive. I ordered 3 bulk bags for delivery on the Tuesday before the Easter weekend. They then placed the order with my local TP store (not my favourite, and had I known would not have ordered). Having waited in nearly all day I get a phone call saying that they will probably not be able to deliver until Wednesday but I would be a priority. First thing Wednesday the lorry arrives but only has 2 of the 3 bags. The driver states that he was up to his weight limit and he would deliver the other bag later. Later came and went and eventually I phone them and am told it would be Thursday. Late on Thursday I phone again and was told it would be the following Tuesday. Finally a week late I received the 3rd bag. Not very impressed. However this was down to TP who BSO had placed the order with
