We are extremely sorry that you had a wasted trip into London and that we did not pick up your original message. We let you down. We could have dealt with this query there and then. We did have a period where the store was temporarily closed and this affected our telephone support. All of our hours on Google were updated and have been corresponding with customers via email as normal. Customers that contacted us via phone only were delayed in hearing from us and this is unacceptable. As a gesture from all of our team we have sent you a small gift and of course, refunded the cost of shipping back to your purchasing card. We are here to help should you ever decide to give us a chance to exceed your expectations in the future.
