Thank you for your feedback on our product.
We are sorry that the material wasn't fit for the application you described. We would be happy to replace the product with a softer felt version which lends itself to bonding to curves much more aggressively than the normal material.
If you would like to contact us directly we would be happy to discuss this matter further and resolve your issues.
Thanks

Competitive pricing for 100% wool felt - mine was a small order, yet they went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. I will most definitely used them again, as I have now made use...
Needed this felt as part of the restoration of a vintage MG. This was the perfect solution for my needs and available in the small quantity I required.
