We are sorry to hear that aspects of the apartment did not meet your expectations on this occasion, although we were pleased to read your positive comments regarding the shower, hot water, facilities and the view. We also appreciate you bringing the other maintenance items to our attention. Please be assured that we are following up on the points you have raised, including the balcony drainage, plumbing noise, door lock and pest control measures. With regard to the bed, the apartment is fitted with a standard UK double bed as advertised, although we do appreciate that guests’ personal space preferences can vary, particularly if accustomed to a larger bed size at home.
