Thank you for leaving your feedback. I have had a look at your account and i can see that you experienced some problems with our courier company. I can confirm that we despatched your goods within the specified time frame however the couriers experienced some problems and the items were eventually returned back to us and we have now issued you a full refund at your request. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the courier company.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you haven't received the fish feeder in perfect condition. You're correct in saying that the product has now been discontinued by the manufacturer and unfortunately we have now sold out of the product ourselves. Had you contacted us after realising the item wasn't in perfect condition we could have checked our stock and sent you out a replacement if we had one available, or discussed any other options that would make the situation any better for you.
